Return Policy

Hey Friend! We know you may not always be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we want to make your experience as seamless and risk-free as possible. See our return policy below.

  • Returns are allowed within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • All items must be in unworn condition with all tags still attached.

  • Items returned within 14 calendar days are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment, store credit or exchange.

  • Items received within 15-30 calendar days of delivery will be eligible for store credit only. No exchanges or refunds.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

    • “FINAL SALE” items are: All handbags, Belts, Shoes, Boots, Flip-Flops, Bathing Suits, Underwear, Jewelry, Accessories, Tights, Hosiery, Intimate Apparel, Gloves, Hats and Scarves as well as any SALE merchandise (this includes Bundle Sales or any SITEWIDE Sales).

  • Honey's Child Boutique will offer a full refund for any merchandise with manufacturing damage or defects. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your item in order to receive a full refund.


1. What items are considered "Final Sale?"

  • All accessories including sunglasses, jewelry, hats, belts and handbags
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Lifestyle products including home goods, self care & beauty items
  • Bodysuits
  • Clothing items with built in undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Shapewear
  • Lingerie & hosiery
  • Worn items
  • Items with smells, deodorant stains or signs of wear

2. How long does it take to get my refund or store credit?

Once we have received your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your store credit or refund to be issued.

Store credits are available for immediate use, once they are issued.

Credit and debit card refunds typically take 5-7 business days to show up on your statement. Please note: we do not have any control over the timeframe in which your funds show back up on your card. If you have further questions regarding this, please reach out to your bank directly.

3. I paid with AfterPay, how does returns/refunds work?

All refunds are issued to your original form of payment. So if you paid with AfterPay, the refund will be issued to them. AfterPay will in turn issue a refund to you directly totaling the amount of payments you've already paid. For example, if you purchased an item for $100, but have only made 2 payments totaling $50, AfterPay will refund you $50 and retain the rest. Please see your AfterPay customer portal for your specific order for more information.

4. Is return shipping free?

Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and a USPS Label. The cost of the label will be deducted from the amout of your return store credit or refund.

5. When does my store credit expire?

Store credits issued as a result of a return are valid for 1 (one year) from the date of issuance.

6.  I have a store credit but I can't find anything on your website?

Store credits cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash value. If you cannot find anything on our website within the 12 months from issuance, the credit will be forfieted.

Keep in mind, we get new arrivals every week - lots of accessories and shoes. So even if you can't find clothing that suits you, we have lots to choose from within that one year. 😘
